12 cents Hand made. Manufactured by Art. Waegemans in Bridgeport Conn. Mr. Waegeman wanted his picture on the cigar box. The photo is offset while the background is stone lithography. This mixed method was not unusual in the 1930s. Union bug displayed on the lower right corner of the image.
