Outstanding heavily gilded image of General Sir James Outram 1803-1863 statue. General Outram was a British hero who distinguished himself by military prowess in India in the Indian Rebellion of 1857 where he displayed great boldness and frankness of conception. The statue itself was created by John H. Foley. Excellent use of only 3 colors in this label.
